What to Bring

Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard.

Have dental insurance?

Please provide us with the following information before your appointment:

  • Name of your insurance company
  • Policy or group number
  • First Nations Status (if applicable)
  • Unique Client Identifier for Interim Federal Health Benefit (if applicable)

If we do not receive your insurance details in advance, you may need to pay upfront and submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
